WHEN DOES THE SALE START?
Our Black Friday Sale will commence in the last week of November. Members will receive exclusive first access to the sale and an additional VIP offer not live to anyone else. Make sure you’ve signed up above.

HOW LONG WILL THE SALE RUN FOR?
Our Black Friday Sale ends at 11:59pm AEDT on Monday, December 2nd.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to LOVE your A.T.G. If something isn’t quite right, you can return for a credit (worldwide) or exchange (AUS only). If you are looking to purchase for a Christmas gift, we have extended our returns period to mid January, 2025.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All orders placed by 2:00pm AEDT Mon-Fri are dispatched the same day. Due to an influx of orders over BFCM, there may delays of up to 2/3 days.

HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Enjoy free shipping on all AU/NZ orders, always! We also have same day delivery available for our Melbourne Metro customers. International customers can enjoy DHL Express shipping at competitive rates.

CAN I CLICK & COLLECT?
Yes! Simply select ‘Pick up in-store’ at checkout and collect your order from our Melbourne Concept Store once you receive email confirmation that your order is ready for collection.

CAN I SHOP THE SALE IN-STORE?
Yes! Our Black Friday Sale will be available to shop at our Melbourne Concept Store.

CAN I USE OTHER DISCOUNT CODES DURING THE SALE?
All other discount codes will be deactivated during the sale.

WHEN IS YOUR NEXT SALE?
We only participate in two sales per year, and Black Friday is our biggest sale of the year. Don’t miss out!

IS YOUR LIMITED EDITION COLOUR PART OF THE SALE?
If not sold out already, our BFCM offer will not be eligible on Slate products.
