All orders placed between Mon-Fri before 2pm AEDT will be shipped the same day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you do not receive this please check your junk or get in touch.

Now available for our Melbourne Metro A.T.G Fam when placing your order before 12pm (Mon to Fri). Simply enter your address at checkout and if you are within 50km of our dispatch centre in Cremorne, 3121 a "same day delivery" option will appear.
Rates are calculated at checkout based on distance from our warehouse.
Orders placed after 12pm will be booked for delivery the next business day.

We now offer DHL Express, for the fastest and most reliable delivery. All prices are listed in $AUD.

Easy returns means you can try A.T.G stress and hassle free!

If your order is not quite right for you, you may be eligible to return for a credit, exchange or refund. All return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Return requests made outside of this period will be denied.

Please be careful when trying on your purchase as all returned items must be in their original, unworn condition – free of odours and marks. Any garments returned that are not in the required condition may be subject to refusal and returned back to you at your expense.

FULL PRICED ITEMS may be returned for an online credit/refund (Worldwide) or exchange (AUS only).

SALE ITEMS are final sale and may only be returned for an online credit (Worldwide) or exchange (AUS only). No refunds.

EXCHANGE Australia only: If you love your A.T.G purchase but simply need another size (or you are wanting to try another style), please include this information in your return request email. We will hold the requested item while we wait for your return so that no one else purchases it. Once your return has been received and assessed, we will send the new item and notify you via email.
CREDIT If you know you will be shopping with A.T.G again in the near future, an online credit note can be issued for the full amount of the order returned. Once your return is received and processed, you will receive this in the form of a unique coupon code. This code has no expiry date.
REFUND We want you to be 100% happy with your A.T.G purchase. If you are not, you may be eligible for a refund (less shipping). Once your return has been processed and assessed, we will refund your order immediately and notify you via email. All refunds will be processed via the original method of payment. If a gift card has been used, the refund will be returned first back onto the original gift card, before remaining funds are reimbursed to other utilised payment methods.
SALE ITEMS Products purchased at a discount during an Annual Archive / Promotional sale event or products that are permanently marked down on the website are final sale. These will not be eligible for a refund but are welcome to an online credit (Worldwide) or exchange (Australia only).
FAULTY ITEMS All items have been personally quality checked prior to sending, however if you believe that your item may be marked or faulty, please contact us with images immediately so we can assess.

- Full priced purchases made using our welcome 10% off discount code are still considered “FULL PRICE” not “SALE ITEMS”.
- US RETURNS: USPS is the most reliable and affordable service when returned via regular mail with tracking. If you need any extra help with sizing or have questions about an order you would like to place, we highly recommend contacting our customer service team via the contact us page or jump on our live chat.

Pre Order

When something has sold out but is coming back in stock very soon, we will often make it available for pre-order. What this means is, to make sure you don’t miss out on your size again, you can pre-order it now and it will be shipped out to you as soon as it arrives. Every pre-order item will have an estimated delivery date on the product page in the main description. We endeavour to send all pre-order items on or before this estimated arrival date. Once your pre-order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email with tracking.

If the pre-ordered item is on time, you may cancel your order but this will incur a $5AUD cancellation fee.
If the pre-order item is late, you are of course welcome to a full refund if you wish to cancel.

We will always let you know if it is looking like a shipment is running later than expected.

All Things Golden is an Australian label and generally runs true to size.
Every product page has its own sizing tab with specific sizing notes and recommendations.
You can also use our general size guides to help you choose what size is best for you.

We accept payments via all major credit card providers, PayPal, Afterpay + Zip Pay.

We want you to be able to have your A.T.G now with as little financial stress as possible.
We now offer two interest free, instalment payment options.

Afterpay allows you to buy and receive your A.T.G now, while you pay for your purchase over 4 equal instalments due every 2 weeks. It is currently available to customers based in Australia, New Zealand and United States.
You must be over 18 years old and be the authorised card holder of an eligible debit/credit card to apply. All orders are subject to Afterpay’s approval - if you have any overdue payments, Afterpay will not be available to you. Read the full terms of this service here.

Zip Pay is a reusable account of up to $1000 that lets you shop now and pay later. No upfront payments are needed. You can read about zip pay in more detail here.

Terms & Conditions

In extreme circumstances, goods may not be delivered next day due to system failures, adverse weather, strikes, natural disasters etc. We advise you place an order early to avoid disappointment as these circumstances are beyond the control of all things golden.

By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.

The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order. All things golden is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.

To comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
